Fantastic location - right next door to the convention center! And easy to walk to the Gaslamp Quarter. Room had issues initially with the air conditioner, but maintenance came in immediately to change filter - great service. The text/chat feature was excellent - very responsive to everything. Room was clean, beds very comfortable. We had a bay view room - fantastic!

All staff interactions were pleasant and professional. Amenities, dining by the water and bar were great. The decor and design of the hotel is inviting, the room was nice. Can’t beat the location especially if you plan to visit Petco Park or Gas Lamp Dist. Literally across the street with a skywalk over Harbor Dr., <10min walk to the park gate. Recommend valet if you drive to hotel.

The on-site facilities were very nice and was walking distance to many areas in the city. The close proximity to the water and the Gaslamp area were why we picked the hotel and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed sitting in the bar and pool area.

Had to call and ask for shampoo. No cups or glasses in the room. They didn’t clean the room. You have to make reservations to use the pool. I have stayed here before and was treating my Mom this time. 3 times the price and not nearly the quality as before. I still like the hotel but, this trip lacked. When you reserve for just over $200 a night but they add on so many fees and it ends up over $300- seriously? What is a “destination fee?” Just put them in the price to begin with!

The location was right on the Bay. The restaurant had the most delicious food and the customer service was excellent both in the restaurant and in the hotel, gift shop, snack shop and at the pool / bar.

The room was very comfortable, and the view was amazing from the 14th floor. The hotel was perfectly placed for attending the conference at the convention center. There were also a bunch of restaurants around to try.
